A nutrition program to teach you how to create sustainable habits and practices long term.
How the program works:
6 weeks of committed nutrition practice and education with the option to end it after the initial period or continue on via a week to week basis. However the 6 week commitment is mandatory to get the most out of yourself and the program.
You will be provided with an initial sample meal plan and macros, weekly check-ins via spreadsheet and email, alteration of macros week to week and new meal plans where needed. This is designed to give you the tools to “go it alone,” when you feel ready rather than staying on a program long term. The program will take into account personal goals and upcoming event prep.
The first six weeks is $420, following this the price is $50 per week – cancel anytime.
Sample meal plan and tailored macros:
Initially you will be presented with an example meal plan for your macros and top meet your performance or personal goals. You can follow this for the first few weeks or just use it to get an idea of the types of foods I would recommend and how to structure your eating habits, namely how to work with macros. You will also receive a “Cheat sheet” to guide you through the process and an excel drive sheet where you will need to input information daily.
Weekly check ins:
Each week you’ll check in with me on a specific date, and then every week after that. Check ins are done via spreadsheet (weight, measurements, macros, thoughts, photos) and email
